Return & Refund Policy

You can return any product within 10 days of delivery. Choose between a full refund or a free replacement.

Open the chatbot or email support@mobilepartswala.in with your order ID and photos.
We arrange reverse pickup through Shiprocket.
Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the part.
If the same part is unavailable for replacement, we issue a full refund automatically.
Out-of-stock cancellation: if we cannot fulfil your order due to stock, we cancel within 24 hours, refund in full, and credit 5 bonus reward points.
Late delivery: if delivery exceeds 10 days from dispatch, you can claim 50 bonus reward points on your account.
