✅ What we promise

  • 90-day warranty on every replaced part. If the SAME part fails within 90 days under normal use, we’ll repair/replace it free of charge.
  • 1-week repair turnaround from the day we receive your phone (excluding shipping days).
  • FREE doorstep pickup & return for all serviceable pin codes.
  • 3 mandatory videos at every stage:
    • Customer’s pre-pickup video uploaded during booking
    • Our unboxing video on receipt
    • Our repair test video before return delivery

❌ What we do NOT cover

  • Delivery damage during transit — courier company’s responsibility. Insurance via courier (up to declared value).
  • Pre-existing damage visible in your pre-pickup video — not our responsibility.
  • Phones with prior unauthorized opens — we may decline service on receipt; phone shipped back as-is at our cost.
  • Software issues, IMEI changes, FRP unlocks — we only do hardware part replacement.
  • Water-damaged phones beyond simple part replacement — quote provided after inspection.
  • Damage caused by improper use after repair (drops, water, etc.) — voids warranty.

💳 Payments

  • 60% advance at booking confirmation, paid securely via Razorpay.
  • 40% final payment after repair complete, before return delivery.
  • Once pickup is scheduled, the 60% advance is non-refundable (covers part procurement + logistics).
  • If a different problem is discovered post-inspection, we’ll send a fresh quote — you can decline and we’ll ship the phone back at our cost (within 7 days).

📹 Video requirement

  • Pickup will NOT be scheduled without your pre-pickup video.
  • The video should clearly show: power on/off, all sides, display condition, charging port, buttons, existing scratches/damage.
  • We retain all videos for 6 months post-delivery as evidence.

🚚 Delivery

  • Service available only at supported pin codes (we’ll add more — sign up for waitlist if your area isn’t yet covered).
  • Pickup typically within 24-48 hours of booking confirmation.
  • Total round-trip time: typically 7-10 days.

🎁 Reward Points

  • +100 reward points credited automatically on successful delivery.
  • Points usable across MobilePartsWala store (1 point = ₹0.50).
